Feedback on your session data and notes, as well as video analysis of your lifts and training to make improvements in technique and to make sure you're progressive effectively in your training.
TRAINING CHECK INS
One on one check ins, with your coach, to monitor and track your progress directly in the app with post session feedback and notes. Accountability and support to help maintain momentum and motivation for training.

2. Week 1 of coaching
- Movement assessment to review movement and set your starting point for training
- Complete a lifestyle assessment to set starting point for nutrition and lifestyle habits
3. Week 2 of coaching
- First week of your training programme
- First week of setting structured habits
4. Week 2-12
- Weekly, fortnightly or monthly one-on-one calls for accountability, review and check in
5. Week 12
- At this point, we review where you're at and build a plan to continue working together or build a plan for you to spread your wings and fly solo using everything you've learnt

Wondering who built this?
Hi, I'm Kieran.
In 2009, I started lifting weights (I was 13). I grew up playing rugby, so it came with the territory but even then I was still early into things by starting to lift that young.
A big part of my goal was to build muscle and strength to be better on the field.
Fast forward 5 years to 2014, after trying everything under the sun that was out there with the goal of growing and getting strong, I realised I could actually help others do the exact same thing that I had just done so they didn't have to try EVERYTHING as I did. (I'll save you from the tuna + orange squash smoothie - Yes this was something I did!)
It's safe to say in that 5 years, I tried a LOT of stuff.
Fast forward to now, since 2014, I've helped 100's of men AND women eat to get strong, lose fat and build muscle so they can perform better at life, and look great, all without being glued to MyFitnesPal and scanning every bar code in sight.
Because looking good, feeling great, having energy and being strong CAN all be done WITHOUT tracking macros or eating chicken, brocolli and rice.
More recently, I let my work consume my whole life.
I wasn't training well. I was tired all the time. I skipped meals and was eating terribly. I never had any energy AND I was then just shit at my job!
I knew something had to change.
I turned myself around from that place.
Took control of my nutrition, training and lifestyle habits.
Now I help people just like you, NOT do what I did!
