Here are some tips and tricks to help you create a sleep-friendly environment and improve the quality of your sleep. 1. Create a peaceful bedroom Your bedroom should be a sanctuary for sleep. Start by decluttering and keeping it clean and organized. Choose calming colors for your walls and bedding, such as soft blues or muted greens. Incorporate natural elements like plants or a small indoor fountain to create a soothing atmosphere. Invest in a comfortable mattress and pillows that support your body and promote proper alignment. 2.
