About the Recipe

To create a creamy texture, freeze your banana (skin off and pre-chopped) or add ice to the mix. This will add a lighter, creamy texture for extra enjoyment.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 tsp (20g) peanut butter

  • 1 scoop (30g) protein (or yoghurt)

  • 100ml milk

  • 100ml water (add for texture preference)

  • 5 ice cubes


    Optional:

  • 1/4 cup (20g) porridge oats [for extra fullness]

  • Shot of espresso

Preparation

Step One

Grab your trusty blender and a lid for safe travel if transporting with you!


Step Two

Break banana into small pieces


Step Three

Add banana, oats, peanut butter, protein, milk and ice cubes to the blender


Step Four

Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until all chunks of banana and oats are smooth


Step Five

Add extra water until you reach the desired thickness


Step Six

Drink!
