About the Recipe
The easiest lunch you could get, you don't even need to cook your own chicken if you don't have time/desire - you can grab some supermarket pre-cooked chicken.

Ingredients
1 Sesame Seed Bagel
90g Pre-Cooked Chicken Breast
1 Handful Lettuce Leaves, shredded
1 Salad Tomato, sliced thin
1 chunk Cucumber, sliced thin
1 tsp Mayonaise
1 tsp Pesto
Preparation
Step One
Slice bagel in half and toast lightly. Whilst toasting, slice lettuce, cucumber and tomato into thin slices for layers.
Step Two
Mix mayo and pesto together, then spread on the bagel.
Step Three
Layer slices of salad and chicken on the bagel. If you've got extra, don't worry, just make a little salad bowl on the side to enjoy some bonus health.
Step Four
Enjoy this culinary delight.
