Ingredients
½ banana
½ cup oats
¼ cup low fat cottage cheese
½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Preparation
Whack it all in the blender.
Blitz til smooth.
Heat a frying pan with a small amount of butter, spread or oil.
Use an ice cream scoop to get consistently sized pancakes.
Fry on one side until they start to bubble on the top.
Flip and cook until golden.
Repeat.
