About the Recipe
This delicious recipe was shared with us by client and friend, Dafinka. After playing around with different high protein recipes, she sent over her favourite to make sure you could enjoy it too!

Ingredients
For the base:
200g oat biscuits
100g raw almonds
100g raw hazelnuts
100g raw cashew nuts
150g honey
For the cream:
1050g skyr
150g honey
Vanilla essence
For decoration:
150g raspberries
Preparation
Step One
Blend the dry ingredients for the base
Step Two
Add the honey
Step Three
Apply the mix at the bottom of a cheese cake tray/cake tin - press it down until you get a hard base for the cheesecake
Step Four
Mix the ingredients for the cream
Step Five
Apply the cream equally on top of the base
Step Six
Decorate with the raspberries
Step Seven
Leave in the fridge for 12 hours
