Ingredients
1/2 head Cauliflower, chopped
1 head Broccoli, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Parmesan, grated
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Preparation
Step One
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Step Two
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, broccoli, garlic and olive oil. Toss to evenly coat the veggies with the minced garlic and oil.
Step Three
Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Step Four
Pull the veggies out of the oven and immediately sprinkle them with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Step Five
Serve immediately.
