Ingredients
2 whole Avocados
3 tbsp Salsa (or Cherry Tomatoes, chopped)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 Onion, chopped
1 Tomato, chopped
Preparation
Step One
Cut the avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop fruit into a medium sized bowl.
Step Two
Add salsa, lemon juice, and garlic to the avocado. Mash ingredients together with a fork.
Step Three
Stir in onion and tomato.
Step Four
Homemade guacamole can be eaten right away or chilled for half an hour to marinate before serving.
