About the Recipe
To create your own traveling cool bag - add the frozen berries when you take them out of the fridge to keep it cold during your commute.

Ingredients
Base
1/2 cup (45g) porridge oats
1/2 cup (120ml) milk
1/2 cup (120ml) 0% Greek yoghurt
Optional:
1tsp (20g) peanut butter
1/2 cup (80g) frozen berries
1 scoop (30g) whey/vegan protein
Preparation
Step One
Grab a small Tupperware for storing and a fork to mix
Step Two
Mix together your dry ingredients (oats, protein, nut butter)
Step Three
Add liquids (milk, yoghurt)
Step Four
Mix together well
Step Five
Add berries on top
Step Six
Store in the fridge for at least 4 hours
Step Seven
Enjoy!
