Ingredients
2 cups Red Cabbage, shredded
4 cups Kale, chopped
1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 Mango, thinly sliced
1 Red Pepper, thinly sliced
Dressing:
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar/Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
Preparation
Step One
Remove stems and ribs from kale, and shred into bite sized pieces. Rinse and drain.
Step Two
Inside strainer, sprinkle damp kale with salt and pepper and knead until the leaves begin to break down.
Step Three
Place kale into a bowl and add other vegetables.
Step Four
In a separate bowl whisk dressing ingredients together.
Step Five
Toss salad in dressing.
