Ingredients
300-400g Beef Steak (Rump or Sirloin)
2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1 ½ tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
½ tsp Salt
1 ½ tsp Cornflour
5 Spring Onions, sliced
2 Red Chillies, seeded and sliced
1 packet Sugar Snap Peas
1 Packet Baby Corn
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Chicken Stock
Preparation
Step One
Slice the steak thinly and marinade with the garlic, sesame oil, light soy sauce, salt and cornflour for 5-10 minutes.
Step Two
Fry the steak on high heat until cooked, set aside.
Step Three
Fry the spring onions, chillies, sugar snap peas and baby corn for 30 seconds-1 minute. Return the meat to the pan and add the oyster sauce and stock.
Step Four
Serve with rice and a garnish of spring onions.
