About the Recipe

This is perfect for those nights that you're craving a takeaway - something delicious, fast and low effort. So make sure the ingredients are ready in the fridge for your toughest night of the week!

Ingredients

  • 300-400g Beef Steak (Rump or Sirloin)

  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 ½ tsp Sesame Oil

  • 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 1 ½ tsp Cornflour

  • 5 Spring Onions, sliced

  • 2 Red Chillies, seeded and sliced

  • 1 packet Sugar Snap Peas

  • 1 Packet Baby Corn

  • 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Chicken Stock

Preparation

Step One

Slice the steak thinly and marinade with the garlic, sesame oil, light soy sauce, salt and cornflour for 5-10 minutes.


Step Two

Fry the steak on high heat until cooked, set aside.


Step Three

Fry the spring onions, chillies, sugar snap peas and baby corn for 30 seconds-1 minute. Return the meat to the pan and add the oyster sauce and stock.


Step Four

Serve with rice and a garnish of spring onions.
