About the Recipe
Need a few set and forget options to make your meal prep as easy as possible. This is one of our favourite go to veggie options!

Ingredients
1 tin Black Beans
1 tin Pinto Beans
1 tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 tin Pumpkin Puree
2 cups Water
1 cup Lentils, dry
1 White Onion, diced
1 Red Pepper, chopped
3 stalks Celery, chopped
2 large Carrots, grated
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
Preparation
Step One
Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Step Two
Remove lid and serve.
