About the Recipe
Change veggies throughout the seasons for whatever is in season - great with asparagus and broccoli!

Ingredients
150g Brussel Sprouts
125g Frozen Peas
150g Swiss Chard/Spring Greens
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
Optional:
Chilli Flakes
Preparation
Step One
Remove peas from the freezer, measure into a bowl and cover in warm water to thaw whilst you chop your other veggies.
Step Two
Slice Sprouts into thin slices- allowing them to cook quicker and crisp up for texture. Cut any tough bits off the Chard/Greens and roll up. Slice into thin strips. Chop finely, or grate, the garlic.
Step Three
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a large pan and allow to heat. When hot add all the veggies (minus the pea water), garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Step Four
Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened and vibrant (not soggy). Then serve!
