Ralu came to me looking for energy. She was WIPED. 

A busy 30-year-old, working shifts in a busy London restaurant, wanting to have a fun social life and improve her CrossFit. But trying to do it all was exhausting. 

She wanted to do more - go to four classes from three. She wanted to be like the people she looked up to in the gym that seemed to be able to do more and be OK with it. 

She had listened to her PT about eating protein, she was eating good food. 

She wanted to lose weight but the more she tried to eat less, the more tired she got. 

So Ralu joined my six-week Kickstart with the focus on boosting her energy, and whatever else came with it was a bonus. 

After a couple of weeks she was sleeping through the night - rather than getting up multiple times to pee. She even had nights she didn’t get up at all. 

She was understanding more about how to balance her meals and get some prep organised around her variable shifts. 

She understood more about fueling for her high step count and goals in the gym. 

Without it being the focus, she lost 4kg in 6 weeks. 

What did we do? 

  • Made the healthy choice the easy choice - veggies and meals ready at home, even when visiting family 

  • Created a winning sleep routine 

  • Worked through mindset tools to prevent all-or-nothing thinking to build greater consistency
