About Amy: 

Amy loves working with women to help them build confidence in themselves - saying yes to life and no to all the requests people make. She helps them to understand the fuel their body needs to feel like they can take on the world mentally and physically. 

​

You can expect many conversations about sleep, stress and blocking out chunks of yellow in your diary to recharge. 

​

Beyond Empower: 

Amy's favourite past time is exploring the bakeries of London. A hobby born in COVID was to choose a new area of London every other week, walk, talk and find the best pastry and coffee on offer. 

​

Most past times generally centre around food and fun exercise.

Meet Kieran

Areas of Expertise: 

  • Muscle building

About Kieran: 

Kieran is a font of muscle building knowledge. If you've thought about it, he's probably tried it. Tuna and orange squash in the blender, anyone? 

​

He's tried it, so you don't have to. 

​

You can expect to understand what to do and how it will feel. As well as seeing some serious muscle and strength gains. 

​

Beyond Empower: 

Imagine a modern day, London City cowboy/farmer. That's the Jones. He gets very enthusiastic when he's out of London at the sight of a farm, tractor or hay bale. Inside London, it's all about finding the best barbecue Brisket, singing country songs and coffee. You will grow to expect him to mention organ meat wherever possible, but options of food are extensive.

Our Coach, Tom

About Tom: 

Tom loves all things food - creating recipes, shopping for food, eating food, thinking about food, cooking food, and then eating some more food. He is our resident recipe creator (if you don't like spice, we'd recommend you cut the spice volumes in half) and you'll soon learn there's a very good reason for that - they're great! He is also our resident science guy. Need a complicated fact rattled off and then explained in practical application terms - look no further!

Beyond Empower: 

Designs cool shit, like our logo and many incoming t-shirts. He has some serious skills with photoshop. He's also a very active human, doing lots of CrossFit, running, kayaking, and any other challenge you throw at him. He also loves taking trips home to Yorkshire to spend time with his family by the sea. 

​
